The High Court of Australia will hand down its decision on the case of Williams vs the Commonwealth and Others on the matter of Federal funding for the National School Chaplaincy Program at 10am, Thursday, 19 June.
Ron Williams hopes to be in Sydney at his solicitors’ office for the decision. Coincidentally, I also fly into Sydney on Thursday morning, so we’re hoping to have reason to celebrate later in the day.
Ron still needs assistance in paying his considerable legal fees. If you are able to assist, please visit his website at http://www.highcourtchallenge.com

Wow! That didn’t take long. Thank you for letting us know.
Justice will prevail (a 2nd time) and no doubt the High Court will rule that taxpayer funding for religious Chaplains in government schools is illegal and must stop.
Thank you so much Chrys.
Hope palmboy’s correct. A strong win will send a needed message to those in power that this policy is mistaken.
